Gift Wrap Our small items are placed in gift boxes, at no additional charge to you. And except for the largest pieces, all other items are wrapped in gold tissue paper. If you require a personalized gift card, just let us know. In the checkout section, there is a place for special instructions. Simply write in your greeting, and we'll take care of it.
Return Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may exchange or receive a refund. Please follow our three easy steps: 1) Call us at 1-877-708-2233 to obtain a Return Authorization number. 2) Return the item and the completed Return Policy form, in the original packaging. 3) Return the item within 18 days of receipt of your shipment.
NOTE: Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them and returned
in the original box. There is a 15% restocking fee on some items. Custom
orders and sale items do not quality for return or refund. If unauthorized
returns are sent, delivery will be refused and/or additional
charges will be applied. We are sorry but shipping fees are not refundable.
Sales Tax We are required by law to collect sales tax of 5% on goods and shipping charges shipped to addresses in the state of Virginia.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship by UPS ground service, normally arriving within 7-10 business days. Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately; however, you will not incur any additional charges. Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
Some items from Europe are shipped directly to you, from their US distributor. This keeps your price as low as possible, and expedites the delivery.

Damage in Shipment All items shipped by UPS are insured against damage in shipping. Should damage occur in transit, please retain all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange an inspection by the carrier, and upon receipt of the damage report and returned damaged merchandise; we will replace your order as quickly as possible.
